Positions available are for a citywide improvement efforts coach.

Providing program and classroom coaching to licensed childcare providers and connect the providers with curriculum and instruction. Using data collected to establish goals.

The reason I chose this one is that I believe all people deserve to succeed. Being a coach would not only support the children but also the leaders that care so much about the children and give them the strength and support they deserve too.

OFS is a private non-profit human service organization serving my local area since 1921. They offer a continuum of prevention, education, and treatment services that span the human life cycle. They offer assistance through adoption, foster care, parenting and child development programs, free preschool for at-risk child, counseling and assistance with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and emotional disturbances.

The position available…

Early On Service Coordinator, responsibilities include, coordinating, conducting, and completing developmental assessments, reports for IFSP (Individual Family Service Plans). Home visiting, communicating and meeting the needs of families.

I chose this particular company because it helps those that are less fortunate and provides an opportunity for positivity for those in need.

Highscope is structured around research and establishing programs based on research.   Most famously known for the Perry Preschool that studied the effects of preschool children and found that children that attended preschool had life-long benefits. Building strong professional leaders and helping programs across the country and around the world build capacity of sustained positive outcomes.

Position available is an Early Childhood Center Manager. The duties include oversight of the Highscope Demonstration Preschool, providing leadership, coordination, and participation in the development of the curriculum.

The reason this would be my choice is Highscope has been my passion for the past 9 years.  I believe they truly look to benefit young children and their families by providing quality early child.
